We do not under any circumstances pass on your contact details to any other organisations unless it is part of a customer service / repair enquiry and involves sending contact details to the manufacturer of your equipment.

We do not collect your credit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and the information we have will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies please let us know and we will delete or correct it for you.

We also use cookies on our website. A cookie remembers you when you've visited our site (much like a shopkeeper will remember your face when you return). It then sends this info to your computer (although you can choose for your computer not to accept cookies).
