Hi there, I received the tenease today and I just have to tell you, I wore it for 10 minutes as stated and OMG it's the first pain relief from my tennis elbow I've had in 6 weeks, that much pain relief after only 1 session, why isn't the world talking about this?. I just showed my partner how I can now straighten my arm without gritting my teeth, I couldn't do that this morning, I have even lifted the kettle without flinching. I went for a cortisone injection in May, so painful I fainted whilst having it done, the effects lasted 3 months and the tennis elbow came back about 6 weeks ago. Not wanting to go through the pain of the injection again I went down the alternative therapy route, chiropractor, osteopath, sports therapist and accupuncture, over the last 6 weeks I've paid out over £150.00, followed all the excersises and nothing has worked until today, after receiving the Tenease, they say that the best things come in little packages! "I purchased a tenease machine in January. It has cured my tennis elbow which is fantastic, but I am continuing to use the machine as I get pain when my arm has been under strain. However, quite often the machine will not work and I have to remove the batteries to get it to function. "What a wonderful product! My elbow has been hurting me for about 7 months, progressively getting worse. It had gotten so bad that I was in non-stop pain which would be so bad at night that it woke me up and would keep me awake. The sharp shooting pains were so bad that I would feel my stomach knot up and I would feel nauseated from the pain. I was beginning to think about having my arm aputated from the elbow down if it would stop the pain! I could no longer concentrate or think straight and spent the final week doing absolutely nothing because every it ached so much and every movement made it worse. After using the Tenease machine for approximately one month I have experienced quite an improvement with my Tennis Elbow. Grip strength has improved, also the range of arm movement without pain feels so much better. Mornings were a bad experience due to my elbow being seized and painful to get mobile. About 7 out of 10 mornings are now free of this problem. If this level of improvement continues I will be very happy. I use Tenese 3 times a day, sometimes more, and will continue to do so. I am very happy with the device. I have had tendonitis for a year and still get some pain and discomfort if I over use my arm. I have found that the Tenease device really relaxes my arm and takes away this discomfort. I only use it once per day, normally in the evening while watching TV. I am a sailing and kayaking instructor so the device will get a good work out this summer - I could not work last season due to my injury (which was caused by too much painting!)Lesley Singleton, Murcia, Spain

I have used the device for about a month and the pain has more or less totally gone. Just get a few twinges now and again. "As with most treatments I was skeptical about its effectiveness but this really eased my pain. I am the worst when it comes to taking medicines/vitamins etc. As soon as the symptoms ease or abate I forget to follow thru and complete the course. Tenease has been so effective I forget to use it as directed. My pain was gone after 2 weeks. So now, and because they prescribe 10 minutes 3 times a day, I leave it on in my car seat and use it every time I get in the car. The relief has been fantastic. I have used pain meds, had cortisone shots, and performed strengthening exercises over the past 6 months with very short-term relief overall. I was at work one day and out of know where my elbow was hurting so bad I could not keep it straight. I had to leave early that day because I am a Police Officer and I was in to much pain to finish my shift. I had to get an injection of cortizone, it felt better but the pain came back. The pain would come and go, not knowing when it would strike. I went to a specialist and that's when he said I have a condition called a Tennis Elbow. I then would experience pain more frequently from then on. April 11, 2010, I was so much pain I could not sleep on the right side or sleep without a brace or pillow to help ease the pain. I just got up went on the computer and found the first thing and clicked on it. It was your website called tenease.com. I read it all the way through and I could not wait to try it. What really sold me was that a person was taking his time out tpo find a solution to ease the pain of millions. When I recieved it in the mail, I tore the package up and put it together and pushed the green button. I notice relief in about a couple of hours. I then noticed the pain was subsiding everytime I had used it. I am e-mailing you as we speak and I can rest my elbow on my chair, it feels good. I have a Tenease device and it did relieve the arm/elbow pain, chiefly the result of playing the clarinet, pushing my aeroplane, lugging tools etc. After some weeks it went altogether. Q. Oswell, Leighton Buzzard
