Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is a common condition caused by damage to the fibres that make up the tendon. Over seven years in development and helping relieve sufferers of their pain since 2010, Tenease uses low energy shockwave therapy to block the pain of tennis elbow and increase the blood flow to the damaged area. This allows the damaged tendon to heal in reduced time. In clinical trials 98% of users reported significant pain relief with 84% reported faster healing.
Recommended as a treatment option by NICE, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, Tenease is easy to use, cost effective and completely safe. Strap on the device, press the button and you'll receive instant treatment to help you manage your pain. Doctors recommend at least three treatments of 10 minutes a day.

Tenease uses low energy Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) to block pain and reduce the healing time of tennis elbow, a treatment approved by NICE.

I get there eventually. I wouldn't be without my tenease. I use it three times a day, I'm generally pain free, unfortunately if I stop, the pain returns. I can live with that as I would rather use tenease than steroid injections or pain relief. So I rate the tenease, if it stops working il be ordering another asap.

I was amazed at how good the device is. I have been struggling with the pain and discomfort of tennis elbow for a few months. I run my own business so was unable to rest it. I wasn't even able to use the Tenease Device as much as I would have liked, but still the results are remarkable. Thank you so much for an amazing product.

Hi, where to start, Tenease is fantastic and it's as simple as that! I was suffering tennis elbow for about 5 months. The doctor had given me medication but this didn't help. The next step was injections. Obviously, being a human being, I wasn't looking forward to this so thought I'd search the Internet for any alternatives (we all know the Internet knows more than our doctor lol). This is where I happened upon Tenease. I thought it was worth a try and ordered it. I am sooooooo glad I did. When I first read you could only use a maximum of 3 times a day, I didn't think this was going to be any good due to the amount of pain I was in. I was wrong. Right for the start I only needed to use a maximum of 2 times a day. I now only use every now and then. This has to be up there with the greatest inventions (ok so it's not a life saver but believe me, if you suffer tennis elbow then you know how painful it is and would agree with me, it should be 'up there' with the best inventions). In short, if someone suffers from tennis elbow, they NEED to buy this. Thank you so much!

After a lot of painting & decorating over several months last summer, I developed tennis elbow. It became difficult to lift anything with my right hand. The pain extended from my elbow, down my arm and into the middle and index finger. Nothing relieved the pain, which sometimes kept me awake at night. I've been using Tenease for 6 weeks, 3 x a day almost every day. I no longer have pain in my hand and fingers. There is still some pain in the elbow, but would say the condition has improved, as I'm more able to lift lighter objects without pain. I'm hopeful that with continued use, the elbow will heal fully. I was very relieved to find a home-use device that could help.
