Tennis elbow treatment with Tenease

Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) or Golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis) is a common condition caused by damage to the fibres that make up the tendon. Over seven years in development and helping relieve sufferers of their pain since 2010, Tenease uses low energy shockwave therapy to block the pain of both conditions and increase the blood flow to the damaged area. This allows the damaged tendon to heal in reduced time. In clinical trials 98% of users reported significant pain relief with 84% reported faster healing.

Recommended as a treatment option by NICE, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, Tenease is easy to use, cost effective and completely safe. Strap on the device, press the button and you'll receive instant treatment to help you manage your pain. Doctors recommend at least three treatments of 10 minutes a day.

Tenease is amazing. After only a few weeks my Husband is pain free and can swing and grip the golf club much better. He also has feeling back in his fingers, he only wishes that he had discovered it much sooner, he highly recommends Tenease to anybody who has elbow pain. Great product and value for money.

Liz Munns, Crieff

I saw my doctor after suffering with progressively worsening elbow/lower arm pain, which I'd put up with for a year. She diagnosed Tennis Elbow, but offered no help, which I found incredibly frustrating as I was desperate. I referred myself to the Physio department, but the wait can be 6 months or more, so I decided to try and help myself. An internet search led me to Tenease, and I thought that even if it turned out to be useless, the price was attractive enough to make it worth giving it a go. The reviews helped my decision, but I remained sceptical. Tenease has been brilliant. A life saver! Having got to the point where simple tasks like picking a cup of coffee or trying to brush my hair brought on unbearable pain, I needed help. To my delight, Tenease did help. Within very short order, the pain was noticeably reduced and my arm/elbow just kept getting better and better. It's not solved the problem completely, but I finally got to see the Physio today and he confirmed Tennis Elbow. He was keen to know what I had done to help myself and as there was a GP observing I was able to tell both of them about Tenease. Neither had heard about it, and as I'd taken the Tenease unit along to show the physio, I was able to do a really good sell, asking them both to tell their Tennis Elbow patients about it. I hope your marketing will reach out to GPs and Physios so that eventually it becomes a standard treatment GPs offer to all people suffering with Tennis Elbow or similar conditions. The current situation is completely unacceptable - where a doctor diagnoses, but has nothing to offer in terms of help, and the expertise of the Physio can only be accessed months down the line. Keep up the good work. Liz

I am finding the Tenease very easy to use, and effective to some degree, so am glad I purchased it. I do find the battery (Duracel) needs replacing after just 4 or 5 uses though, which is a bit disappointing, but as the chiropractor was charging me £60 for a 15 minute shock therapy session, I guess that allows for a lot of batteries! I will certainly recommend to others in future. Thanks, Caryn Brazier

I had read a number of reviews and thought I had nothing to lose. After only a few days, l experienced a definite improvement which continued steadily. Having had lateral epicondylitis before, which took nearly 8 months to clear, l was more than pleased with the results. I have no hesitation in recommending Tenease as a most effective treatment. Thank you.

Isobel Dickens, Spixworth

The first one I ordered stopped working after 3 weeks, I returned it and another one was swiftly sent out to me. I can honestly say the relief I have felt since using the Tenease has been remarkable and have recommended it to my family and friend's. Regards Isobel Dickens

David Baker, Bexley Heath

Yes, this device really did the trick. I have has tennis elbow for most of the last year. It was only very painful in certain positions but very nagging. Now after a maybe 10 x 5 minute sessions with the device, it is 95% recovered.

Edward Clutton, Edinburgh

Dear Sir, My experience with the device was a positive one. I was experiencing tennis elbow in both elbows, probably as a result of over-gardening and over-golfing. I cut the activities down to once or twice a week and applied the device three times daily for 10 minutes. It took several weeks to see an improvement and then, whenever the pain flared up, I used the device immediately - pain relief followed swiftly. I am currently clear of pain. Thanks very much for the device, the clear explanation of how it is supposed to work and the supporting testimonials. Regards, Edward Clutton

Denzil DeSouza, Milton Keynes

Good morning, All I can say is that the device has fixed my golfers/tennis elbow within two weeks of using it. I was very impressed with the results and how easy it was to use. Cheers,

Bryan Johnson, Poundbury

Hi Yes, Tenease did the job. Reduction in pain almost immediately, and now I use it as and when necessary. Excellent product.
