Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is a common condition caused by damage to the fibres that make up the tendon. Over seven years in development and helping relieve sufferers of their pain since 2010, Tenease uses low energy shockwave therapy to block the pain of tennis elbow and increase the blood flow to the damaged area. This allows the damaged tendon to heal in reduced time. In clinical trials 98% of users reported significant pain relief with 84% reported faster healing.
Recommended as a treatment option by NICE, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, Tenease is easy to use, cost effective and completely safe. Strap on the device, press the button and you'll receive instant treatment to help you manage your pain. Doctors recommend at least three treatments of 10 minutes a day.

Tenease uses low energy Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) to block pain and reduce the healing time of tennis elbow, a treatment approved by NICE.
Developed by an orthopaedic surgeon, Tenease is recommended by many doctors as the primary treatment for both tennis elbow and golfer's elbow.

I had read a number of reviews and thought I had nothing to lose. After only a few days, l experienced a definite improvement which continued steadily. Having had lateral epicondylitis before, which took nearly 8 months to clear, l was more than pleased with the results. I have no hesitation in recommending Tenease as a most effective treatment. Thank you.

Dear Sir, My experience with the device was a positive one. I was experiencing tennis elbow in both elbows, probably as a result of over-gardening and over-golfing. I cut the activities down to once or twice a week and applied the device three times daily for 10 minutes. It took several weeks to see an improvement and then, whenever the pain flared up, I used the device immediately - pain relief followed swiftly. I am currently clear of pain. Thanks very much for the device, the clear explanation of how it is supposed to work and the supporting testimonials. Regards, Edward Clutton

Having been told by my GP that tennis elbow can take a year to heal and that nothing can help apart from light use and rest, I then spent £250 on a course of six acupuncture sessions but this did not improve. This little device at £35 has reduced my pain, I'm not fully there yet but it has certainly helped me, I'm glad I found it online.

I have been plagued with tendonitis in my arms for a long time and the tenease is the first thing to have had a significant impact. I am virtually pain free now. The tenease is a great gadget and I would recommend it to anyone with similar problems.
I am absolutely delighted with the tenease device, having suffered off and on for years with "golfer's elbow" I'm delighted to say that regular use of Tenease has relieved this issue for me and I am able to play the game I love on a daily basis. Many thanks.
