Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) or Golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis) is a common condition caused by damage to the fibres that make up the tendon. Over seven years in development and helping relieve sufferers of their pain since 2010, Tenease uses extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) to block the pain and increase the blood flow to the damaged area. This allows the damaged tendon to heal in reduced time.
NICE, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence includes ESWT in their NHS guidance for treating tennis elbow and in clinical trials 98% of users reported significant pain relief with 84% reported faster healing.
Tenease is easy to use, cost effective and completely safe. Strap on the device, press the button and you'll receive instant treatment to help you manage your pain. Doctors recommend at least three treatments of 10 minutes a day.

I have used the Tenease since purchase and it has relieved the pain in my elbow and I am quite close to being pain free, I would recommend this product to anyone. Kind regards
Thank you for your mail. This is actually my second Tenease. Following a successful purchase and cure for my own tennis elbow I lent it to someone who liked it so much they ran off with it. Now I have the ailment again I decided to upgrade to the new pulse version and it seems to be working just as good, if not, better than the original one. Needless to say I am very pleased with this product. So pleased I have bought two! Best regards

Bought for my husband who was diagnosed with tennis elbow when doctor told him no medical treatment will cure. Within one session of Tenease he noticed a considerable improvement. He was over the moon with the relief he’s received. Using it daily to alleviate his pain. Best gadget ever!!
I bought the Tenease to ease the pain from Tennis Elbow. I use it twice a day and find that it provides on-going relief. It’s easy to use and feels comfortable with a strap that can be adjusted to fit the user as well as a soft vibration. Recommended thanks.
It is working well at the moment and seems to be doing the job Kind regards
Hi there , I thought that it was a really great service , delighted and will recommend you to my friends . Kind regards
I used the device as suggested 10 mins a session for 3 sessions a day after a lots more discomfort for the first 3/4 days, I stick with it and about 10 days after that ( so about 2 weeks) the pain I was suffering had all but gone just a very occasional twinge. So very satisfied I am sleeping again which is great and all normal activities resumed. I can’t understand why this isn’t a recognised first line treatment for tennis elbow I was put in a physiology waiting list, still not had an appointment through and doctor suggested it was just age related and I would have to live with it! Thanks again
